Just Chillin'! / Hello, Dolly!

For once I do not have an idea of what to blog about, so I'm just going to make start talking and see what interesting topic I stumble upon in my conscious. Sound good? K...

So tonight's the opening night of the high school play Hello, Dolly! I've been part of the pit orchestra for going on two years now, and the practices are always hectic. For the past week we've been practicing with the actors doing full run-throughs of the play 5 nights a week for three and a half hours. Finally, judgement day has come and we've got to prove ourselves! Haha, alright, well, that's making it dramatic, but I sure hope we impress our audience enough to get the word around to see our spectacular showing. We all worked really hard. Personally, I think that this play is better than last year's (especially length-wise--it's definitely way shorter than last year's), and I highly doubt that you'll get distracted or fidgety, unless you're completely against musicals.

Anyway, the showtimes are the following:

Thursday (Tonight) 7:00PM
Friday, Nov. 7th 7:00PM
Saturday, Nov. 8th 1:30PM & 7:00PM

We've got four showtimes, and even TWO on Saturday, so I'm sure that anyone would be able to find to come! It's at our brand new performing arts center, and the first play to ever perform there! It's extremely exciting, and, without a doubt, worth your while!

Come cheer us on! You won't regret it :)
